Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when purchases on ShipRGB are eligible for a refund. Because the Service delivers digital goods that are consumed immediately, the terms below apply in addition to any non-waivable rights under your local law.

1. Failed Generations

If a generation fails, the credits for that request are refunded to your balance automatically. No action is required, and these are not counted against your purchase.

2. Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Payments already made for the current period are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or in the case of a billing error.

3. Credit Packs

Credit packs are one-time purchases. Used credits are non-refundable. If you have not used any credits from a pack, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Once credits from a pack have been used, that pack is no longer eligible for a refund.

4. Billing Errors and Duplicate Charges

If you were charged in error, charged more than once, or did not authorize a charge, contact us promptly and we will investigate and refund any incorrect amounts.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] from the address associated with your account, including your order or transaction reference and the reason for the request. We may ask for additional information to verify the purchase.

6. Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment provider. Processing times depend on the provider and your bank, and are typically completed within a few business days.
